A New England native, Stephanie has focused much of her work on the Greater Boston region. She currently contributes to The Voice of Downtown Boston as part of an initiative to highlight the rejuvenation of the city's Downtown Crossing neighborhood. In this role, she has written restaurant and theater reviews, as well as pieces covering new developments and businesses to watch. In the past, she has contributed to MySecretBoston.com, where she sought out and reported on lesser known establishments in the Boston area. She has also spent time at Boston Magazine, where she contributed written pieces for publication and worked with editorial staff on monthly and branded editions (New England Travel, Boston Weddings). Her love for travel grew from a trip to London, where she immersed herself in an editorial internship at Food and Travel Magazine.

As a writer there she has also profiled several restaurants within one piece, such as a roundup of the best places to watch the big game. At MySecretBoston.com she sought to give much-deserved attention to some of the city's better holes in the wall. At Food and Travel Magazine she also contributed to written copy covering new restaurants and new cuisine from all corners of the globe.

Stephanie's work in travel writing began at Food and Travel Magazine in London, where she assisted the editorial team in pieces devoted to the latest hot spots around the globe. There she wrote pieces about exotic hotels as far away as Bora Bora, and as "local" as quaint weekend getaways in the English countryside. At The Voice of Downtown Boston she has focused on short trips to get you out of the city, such as her piece on the best skiing destinations just outside of Boston.
