Chris Barlow started his writing career in college while at the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire while obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism.

After graduation, Chris found employment as a staff writer at the daily newspaper Sheboygan Press and a weekly publication called Community Newspapers. After landing a job in ticket sales at the Milwaukee Brewers, Chris was intent on moving into the media relations department.

In 2015 Chris left the Brewers and wanted to reignite his writing career so he began a part-time job at a local publication called Tosa Connection. After accumulating dozens of articles Chris applied at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and landed a job covering news and entertainment in the suburbs.

Today Chris writes as a freelancer for the Oconomowoc Enterprise and the Waukesha Freeman. He also continues to write for Tosa Connection.

Chris writes about governmental activities including new developments in the parks and recreation department. In addition, Chris has written recently about new businesses and healthcare initiatives.
