Kif's specialty is research-driven articles. With a background in journalism, Kif is able to research complex, information-rich subjects and turn them into relatable, engaging, informative articles.
He has served numerous industries (see "Experience") but his specialties are:
- Real Estate and Mortgages
- Science-Based Articles
- Hunting, Outdoors, and Firearms
- Education (Especially post-secondary)
- Shipping and Transportation
- Personal Finance
- Business and Leadership
Kif's interests largely involve the outdoors and sports. His two main hobbies are riding horses (he grew up with animals and currently has one horse) and fishing.
He is also an average reader. Every morning, Kif gets up early to read for at least an hour. Usually, he is reading history, but his favorite subjects include personal improvement, economics, science, sports, and the outdoors.
While he is no Olympic athlete, Kif also has an interest in personal fitness and well-being. A heart condition motivated him to take up jogging (and salads and red wine), which has evolved into an overall appreciation for the physical and mental benefits of exercise.
Wanting to break into sports broadcasting, Kif enrolled at the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Working towards a bachelor's degree, Kif discovered a talent for writing.
He also found that he genuinely enjoyed writing and transitioned his focus from spoken to written word.
Before working as a self-employed professional, Kif served as Content Creator for a large automotive dealership. This position required Kif to create content for 13 company site, which included 5 different blog sites.
Kif has continued to write automotive content as a freelance writer, serving companies that include dealerships, after-market manufacturers, and repair/maintenance companies.
Kif has been writing for the real estate and mortgage industry since 2017, when he took on a mortgage provider as a client. For over four years, Kif wrote two to five articles a week, which gave him a strong knowledge for this sector.
Topics covered included all types of loans (FHA, VA, conventional, etc), as well as market conditions, homeownership issues, home selling, investment property, and more.
Kif has written blog articles for clients in numerous sectors, including real estate, technology, non-profit groups, automotive, safety, finance, construction, and manufacturing.
He relies primarily on detailed research. Using high-quality authority sources, Kif creates informative, engaging blog articles that meet the specific need for each client.
With an emphasis on the "inverted pyramid," which places the most important information directly at the top, Kif has created a variety of press releases. These releases have announced events, product launches, new companies, and new hires.
