Jackie loves the health and wellness side of healthcare! She loves learning about holistic ways to keep our immune systems in tip-top shape, keeping patients healthy and living their best life.
The use of vitamin infusions to support our immune systems is definitely an industry that is very underrated but starting to take the communities by storm! Imagine being able to begin or continue your health journey from the inside out.
Jackie loves learning about food and nutrition especially after being diagnosed with Hashimoto's after her pregnancy. She is always learning new recipes and ways to incorporate healthy, nutritious and delicious foods in her home that are kid approved! Jackie is always on the hunt for ways to meal prep to make evening dinners easier.
Jackie is also a mother to a set of 6-year-old boy/girl twins! Being a working mother of twins, she had to find ways to put quick and healthy meals on the table and teach her children the ways and whys of eating healthy and working out. She believes that teaching her children healthy habits at a young age will set the up for success as adults.
Jackie is a mother two a set of boy/girl twins! She became a mother a little later in life in her 30's.
First time mom and having a set of twins! Luckily Jackie had the experience of being a nurse in the women’s services department a well so she knew a lot about caring for twins and newborns from her career. She learned a lot on getting her babies to eat and sleep at the same time and keep them on a schedule which has still seen today at almost 6 years old.
