This publication helps case managers to better prepare hospital patients for discharge. As many patients have trouble following discharge instructions the case manager can find resources that might improve the patient experience post-discharge.

The piece was in a question-and-answer format that included some of the most common questions women ask about breast cancer screening. The radiologist stressed the importance of annual screening such as mammograms and further studies to diagnose suspicious areas of the breasts that were found on the mammogram.
