Kim graduated from Connecticut College, where she majored in English Literature and minored in Hispanic Studies.

While at a social-only agency prior to that, she wrote posts for clients such as Reebok and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. Kim has deep creative experience in social, both from a tactical writing and broader activation perspective.
