Adam started as a pimpled teenager unable to cobble together two syllables to ask out a girl. He became a word-weaponizing wizard with a passion for philanthropy, marketing, arts, education, and whatever comes his way.

He crafted advancement copy for one of the country's leading private secondary schools, spearheaded a capital campaign to save his town's independent movie theater, and spent over a decade marketing and selling for a Tony Award-winning regional theatre company.

Adam was privileged to work with the advancement crew at Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass, creating appeals and stewardship for a variety of teams including Annual Giving, Donor Relations, Gift Planning, and the Office of Alumni Engagement. Prior to that, he worked with the incredibly dedicated folks at the Exeter Theater Company, spearheading their capital campaign to purchase, restore, and re-open the historic IOKA Theater in downtown Exeter. This effort required him to be a one-man communications firm, making sure the board stayed focused and on-message, keeping the press coverage positive, and energizing our volunteer base, all while dealing with a “client” (the theater’s owner) who was anything but transparent in his motivations and plans.
