Courtney has more than 10 years of experience in journalism and communications roles across a diverse international spectrum. Most recently, she managed the international PR division of one of the Middle East's largest retail and hospitality companies. This included managing the full spectrum of PR and marketing communications, drafting press releases and external communications, handling publicity campaigns, and producing bilingual content across multiple channels. This was rooted in an ability to conceptualize promotional content for successful delivery to audiences and networks, along with guiding the in-house communications policies and media training activities, highly transferable skills which make her a leader in content creation and communications strategies.

Prior to this, Courtney worked for a multinational magazine and digital publishing house, establishing a digital department in the consumer publishing division from the ground up. A cornerstone of this role was in the editorial management of new digital publications and products along with work on a portfolio of international glossy titles.

Furthermore, Courtney has experience with many different types of writing and editing projects, from ghostwriting, to feature and journalism writing, to copywriting, copyediting, press releases and PR communications, speech writing and spokesperson coaching, social media management, entertainment writing, policy analysis, and industry-specific content creation., specializing in the fields of retail, technology, finance, food and beverage, fashion, lifestyle, travel, business, politics, sports, architecture and design, construction, marketing, education, and health and wellness.
