Coupling a passion for Literature and a thirst for knowledge, Heather received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She has since gone on to utilize said degree in multiple professions after graduation. In addition, she has developed her professional skills through numerous continuing education channels.
Ever challenging herself in new disciplines, Heather pursued and achieved certification, as well as a 5 year career, in neuromuscular therapy. During the course of her career, she worked closely with physical therapists to design a therapy plan for her clients. She treated patients with medical injuries and chronic pain and gained certification from The Dr. Vodder School for Lymphedema, often providing therapy to cancer patients with reoccurring issues, post-diagnosis and treatment.
Heather has worked extensively with thought leaders in a wide range of industries, touching on topics such as: management and leadership strategies, the ever-changing workforce and workplace tools, and emerging technologies. She has been able to successfully encapsulate the tone and timbre of business professional blogs, yet remain universal in her approach to writing to excite an audience or demographic group.
Over the course of her writing career, Heather has worked extensively with multiple software companies to establish them as leaders in their industry. Working as a ghost writer, she has created eBooks, infographics, and case studies, as well as between 12-15 blogs a month per client.
Heather started working with a music blog as a volunteer contributor, where she attended and reviewed shows locally. As she learned more about the industry and got to know others in the community, she began to take on more responsibility. Her duties included: concert reviews, artist interviews, music festival reviews, artist profiles, calendar management, monthly recaps, and quarterly festival guides. By the time she left the blog 1.5 years later, he was a paid contributor. The blog has since been shut down so the owner and fellow writers could pursue other aspects of their careers.
Combining her background in writing, neuromuscular therapy, and long-distance running, Heather has been able to target clientele in the Health and Fitness industries. She has successfully assisted her clients in achieving long-term, organic growth.
As a professional ghost writer, Heather's primary focus has been on online blogging, magazine, social networking, infographics, eBooks, website content, webinars, and product description. She has utilized her strengths in online research and analysis to deliver engaging material on a wide range of content topics.
Over the last two years, Heather has worked closely with multiple enterprises to deliver quality content which offers solutions to their buyer identity’s primary pain points. She crafted one white paper every other month for each of her primary clients.
