Lisa has been developing and writing training manuals, employee handbooks, human resources policies and procedures for 20 years.
Lisa's writing skills are versatile. She created and wrote for her employers newsletters. She wrote employee handbooks, training manuals, human resources policies and procedures. Lisa also wrote responses to EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) complaints.
Lisa's most recent employment was in the healthcare industry where as a Human Resources Professional, she partnered with multiple building Administrators and the Director of Operations. Lisa was tasked with identifying area's in need of improvement, for example, high turnover, and develop and implement a plan to reduce high turnover.
Lisa began her research at the beginning of the application process and ended at the 90-day probationary period of the employees. Lisa identified that turnover was the highest at the 90th-day employment.
Upon completion of developing and implementing a new recruiting program, turnover dropped significantly at the 90-day employee period.
The employee turnover project is just one example of many projects Lisa developed and implemented.
Lisa developed multiple presentations. Those presentations included: Sexual Harassment, Diversity, Labor Relations, leadership training and other training presentations.
