Stephanie has been a technical writer/editor for numerous geotechnical and engineering firms for over 10 years. Her past daily experience with these firms gives her the ability to create fresh, coherent content for the construction industry in a snap. The types of projects she has worked on include all types of manuals, procedures, reports, proposals, SOQs, websites, and much more too numerous to list in a 50-word summary. In addition to writing and editing for these firms, she also created and implemented company style guides and an instructional writing and editing class for geologists, engineers, and project managers.
Stephanie has been a lead editorial contributor and editor for subculture and entertainment magazines located in Seattle and Portland. The article topics were primarily subculture-based and written for entertainment value. As the lead editorial contributor, Stephanie was able to write about whatever she wanted and in her own style. Stephanie prefers this type of writing.
