Summary of Industry Experience
Gaming
Roberto's dream was actually to develop videogames, but he doesn't know a thing about programming, and his shaky hand meant he couldn't do art, but he had a very creative mind for stories, concepts, plots and characters.
So he decided to write an Urban Fantasy novel, in the hopes to some day making enough to finance his game developing dreams. That novel ended up being far longer than he ever expected, or planned, 184,000 words at that!
After that, he worked as a freelancer Narrative designer for a few indie games, and things went well, sadly, Game devs in general are hard to convince they even need a writer at all, and are even less willing to pay them much.
So he decided to use the knowledge and skills he gained from both ventures and start translating for games.
This also means I don't have any actual translations for games to show BUT, I've my previous Narrative Designer work, all in English despite it being my second language. So will share some of that

So he decided to write an Urban Fantasy novel, in the hopes to some day making enough to finance his game developing dreams. That novel ended up being far longer than he ever expected, or planned, 184,000 words at that!
It was written in Spanish, his mother language, and after making the numbers, he figured he could not afford a translation unless he were to make it big! And that didn't came in Spanish, so after gathering the courage to do so, he translated it himself.
