Marion began working part-time as a freelance translator during her Master's degree (Université Denis Diderot - Paris 7, 2011) and continued doing so during her PhD in Translation Studies (Université Paris 3 - Sorbonne Nouvelle, 2016). Since her PhD defense in January 2016, she has been working full-time.
Her main fields of specialization are literature/art and economics (in particular development and climate economics). However, she has experience translating a wide range of materials for a large variety of clients, from insurance firms and academic researchers to NGOs and tourism agencies.
She is a dynamic, focused and efficient worker, highly detail-oriented and organised, and she can work very well both independently and under the pressure of a short deadline.
