Olga is a native Spaniard who moved to Montreal, Quebec at a young age. Thanks to an outstanding bilingual education (English & French), she considers herself an Anglophone with a strong command of French and Spanish.

She obtained a BA in French and Spanish literature and grammar from Concordia University (Montreal) and is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society thanks to academic excellence. She has been working as a freelance translator for over 20 years and has extensive work experience translating a myriad of documents in numerous fields to and from English, French and Spanish. Though much of her work is translating English to French contracts, terms and conditions, and manuals, she has a passion for English grammar and is an excellent English proofreader.

Working primarily for clients who need the work done yesterday, she has earned a solid reputation. Fast and efficient, she is a creative thinker who is fascinated by words and delights in the challenge of unearthing the right ones to suit the specific needs and meaning of each translation.

Olga has a sound knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as Adobe Acrobat Pro and uses the XTM Workbench and MateCat translation tools regularly.

A motivated, energetic and fast worker who excels under pressure, Olga pays close attention to detail, works extremely well in a team as well as individually and does not easily become overwhelmed. She has always taken pride in a job well done and at all times aims to achieve above expectations.
