Leo is an avid sports fan who enjoys watching, playing and talking about sports. Above everything else, his strongest passion lies with his family, a husband and father first who spends as much time as he can with his family. He also loves to travel, eat good food and is a sucker for a good story.
For 12+ years, Leo has been leading the charge in content strategy across multiple platforms and leagues. Whether it is Fan engagement, brand awareness, PR, marketing initiatives or just great storytelling, his experience is vast.
Leo has written and produced scripts for video for 15 years, mostly in documentary type format. He has written scripts for TV shows, web shorts and long-form shows (even a 3-hour documentary).
Leo also won an Emmy for writing for a 30-minute special produced in 2015.
Leo has overseen all aspects of digital content, ranging from content on apps and websites to posts on social channels to mass text messages and push notifications. If there is anything in the digital/mobile realm, Leo has experience and knowledge about engaging content and best practices.
Leo has produced radio spots promoting ticket sales, unique events, products, and brands. He is a believer in word economy and efficiency as they are crucial to making an impact in a short amount of time.
