You can request unlimited revisions with any order, with delight guaranteed or you don't pay. We do require at least one round of revisions before we provide a credit for the order upon request, to give our talent the opportunity to right the ship and meet your expectations.

How revisions work.
Annotations make it easy.
We make it easy to request revisions with an annotation tool that lets you pinpoints specific areas for improvement. Simply highlight a word or phrase, and add feedback, comments, or notes for betterment. Then submit the revision request and the writer will see your annotations and make all the changes to your exacting specifications.

We have two basic rules for revision requests.
1. Revision requests that divert from the original instructions or change the scope of the order may require additional compensation.
2. You're granted 5 to 14 days to request revisions on orders depending on your membership level, with even more time available for additional fees.
