Dropped Orders

Dropped but not lost.
Find and fix the order.

Orders become inactive for a number of reasons including time limit expiration, release by writers, or request to deactivate by you, the customer. You may opt to receive an alert immediately when this happens, and click Inactive Orders to review and assess the order.

Reactivate with ease.
Select another writer.

You can "reactivate" any of your inactive orders by simply selecting and reviewing the order, revising it in any way to clarify any challenges, and then placing the order again. Depending on the challenges originally, you may want to select another writer for the project.
